WEBSITE & PROJECT TERMS

Terms built around a documented equipment project.

These terms describe how this website and an initial equipment discussion are handled. A signed supply, quotation or service document controls when one is issued.

Website use

These terms apply to use of www.foodmachco.com and to initial contact made through the website. FoodMach presents equipment-project information for business users. The site, an inquiry, a reply to an inquiry or a preliminary discussion does not itself create a purchase order, supply agreement, agency appointment, inspection appointment, delivery obligation or commercial commitment.

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt to obtain unauthorized access, or present site material as a verified quotation, installation record or manufacturer commitment.

Project basis

A useful equipment discussion starts with the actual product, output, packaging, utilities, site conditions and destination market. Information on this site is a framework for that discussion, not a statement that a particular machine is available, suitable, compliant or approved for a particular use.

Any scope for supplier contact, technical review, sample work, inspection planning, shipment coordination, installation discussion or after-sales support must be confirmed in a written document that identifies the work, parties, timing, responsibility and commercial basis.

Technical information and visuals

Product routes, line diagrams and visuals may be illustrative. They are not customer cases, factory acceptance records, performance tests or a guarantee of a named model's configuration. Model-specific information must be checked against the relevant supplier or manufacturer documentation before it is relied upon.

Capacity, utilities, materials, controls, standards, packing, delivery timing, warranty, spare parts, commissioning and destination-market documentation are only binding when stated in an applicable written quotation or agreement.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer remains responsible for supplying accurate product and operating information, reviewing proposals, checking the suitability of any proposed equipment, confirming local installation conditions and obtaining any product, food-safety, import, electrical, environmental or other approvals required for the intended market.

The buyer also remains responsible for its purchase decision, payment instruction, final acceptance and appointment of any carrier, insurer, customs party or technical adviser unless a written agreement expressly reallocates a responsibility.

Quotes and engagement

A written quotation or agreement supersedes these website terms to the extent of any conflict. It should identify the contracting party, named model or scope, price basis, currency, applicable Incoterms where relevant, payment milestones, inspection method, delivery assumptions, exclusions, warranty and governing terms.

Do not make a payment, release production, arrange collection or rely on a project commitment solely from a website page, chat message or unverified email. Confirm the authorized counterparty and written commercial document first.
